Once an order has been shipped, ZAFH is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of fragrances and for hygiene and safety reasons, all perfume sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@zafh.in
within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Eligible cases will be reviewed, and a replacement or refund will be provided at our discretion.
